Tai Man's Delight. Sketch and Painting.
To cut a story short... I went to Thailand for a month when I was
18, I woke up early one morning and went to the beach with my
sketch book. After an hour or so an old Tai man came and sat next to me.
He was a smiley bloke how but his teeth were not the pride of his smiles!
I shund him my book and asked if he would draw or right in my book,
he took it off me, not speaking a word of the queens and started to draw
a super quick sketch of nude getting it on with a skeleton! Rad..I thought.
Then he wondered off and that was that. I have done a quick painting
of that sketch as it quizes me every time I look at the drawing....

This is the second of my 5ft series. A completely
different way of painting but more natural to me.
I started painting land and sea scape's back at high
school in the back's of my work books. Working on
horizon's, adding surreal images with in them has a more
personnel feel for me, inspired by the strangeness of the
masters, Dali, Escher etc took me into exploring my own
imagination and from very early on have fully enjoyed
painting this way. For a while I tried to hinder my surreal style,
I thought it may throw me into a stinkin' pigeon hole...but recently
my desire to get weird on canvas has found me once more.

The CSV High sea's mural, being used as the back drop to the
filming studio. I held a small workshop whilst doing the mural and
helped a couple of guys get there heads round using spray paint.
